I'm 63 years old and have spent my life in roles that emphasize service, responsibility, and steady leadership. I served in the U.S. Naval Reserve as a Machinist's Mate, an experience that taught me discipline, teamwork, and the importance of maintaining systems that people rely on every day. After my service, I earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and built an over 30-year career as an engineer, eventually moving into my current role as an Engineering Manager.
Throughout my career, I've focused on solving problems, guiding teams, and making thoughtful, practical decisions - skills that translate directly to supporting a well-run, transparent, and community-minded HOA. My background reflects a commitment to accountability, clear communication, and long-term planning, all of which I believe are essential to helping our community thrive.
Most of us chose to live here because CRR is a place where people look out for one another, and I want to help preserve that, while ensuring our community continues to improve. My approach is practical, transparent, and focused on fairness. I believe in responsible budgeting, clear communication, and making decisions that balance individual needs with the shared good of the community.
