ROAD WORK ON SHAD - 7/8/26 & 7/9/26

The JFCO Road Department will be working on Shad Road to smooth out the excessive bumps that occurred during chip sealing last year. ROAD WILL BE CLOSED FROM 8:00AM – 4:00PM WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY - Closure will be Shad Road from the intersection of Hill Road to the north end of Maverick on Shad.

Neighbor Helping Neighbor

Are you, or is someone you know having problems paying their HOA dues?  We may be able to help.  The Neighbor Helping Neighbor Program was developed to help those that are experiencing financial difficulties to help with their dues payments. This program is supported entirely by donations from other Crooked River Ranch homeowners.  The idea behind the Program is to help our neighbors who are struggling to pay their homeowner dues.  

An application and a phone call are generally all we need to get you started.   All information is kept strictly confidential.   You must have been a homeowner for at least one year currently live in your home.  There are income and debt ratio guidelines and you cannot have any CC&R violations.
