Architectural Review Committee


The purpose of the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is to review and approve applications from owners for new builds or lot improvements.  To provide review of all property improvements as defined in the CC&Rs and County Codes.

The Architectural Review Committee is comprised of 5 members elected by the home owners of the CRRC&MA annually, and serve their term starting September 1 through August 30 of following year, as specified in the CC&Rs of the Association. Article V.

The term of this committee shall be for one year.
