Got manure, grass clippings, or fruits and vegetables?
We are excited to announce that the Grand Opening of our new manure composting site was a huge success. The new site is located off of Commercial Loop to Buffalo Place. Signs will be posted when the site it open.
WINTER HOURS: Sept. 27th to April, 2nd Saturday of each month from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The site is for CRR Residents only so be prepared to show your HOA card and photo ID. We need to manage the manure quantity to ensure our one-year composting trial is successful and we can continue to serve our CRR community for many years to come. If you've misplaced your HOA card, a replacement can be obtained by visiting the CRR Business office, and the card will cost $7.00 and can be processed as you wait.
For successful composting we cannot accept:
- Manure with rocks or bailing twine.
- Manure mixed with large amounts of hay or straw.
- Brush / limbs / weeds.
We will accept:
- Lawn grass clippings.
- Garden clean outs.
- Fruit and vegetables (no citrus or onions).
- $5.00 fee for all size loads.
Pricing for manure drop off:
Truck beds 8 ft. or less $15
Trailers 6-10 ft. $20
Trailers 11-14 ft. $25
Trailers 15 ft. and up $30
- $5.00 extra for manure 2 feet or higher above the bed rail.
Compost pricing: TBD
All funds generated by this HOA volunteer ran facility will be donated to the CRR Ranch Enhancement Committee and Neighbor Helping Neighbor Fund.
