CRR Revised Road Management Plan Proposal

The CRR BOD has been working for many months to revise the current Road Management Plan agreement between the HOA and SRD. This work has been an effort to come up with an agreement that reflects the obligations of both entities and better defines roles and responsibilities including who pays for paved road maintenance.  This revised plan represents a significant compromise on the part of the HOA.  We are hoping that this compromise will provide the basis for a resolution of the issues between the HOA and SRD.
