Hang Your Hat
We have two winners this month!
In the category “Autumn on the Ranch,” Patricia Kirk effectively captured two bucks in that ritual jousting tournament we all witness every autumn. Thanks, Patricia, for sending in that wonderful photo!
Earleen Arthur was able to catch children thoroughly enjoying themselves during “Trunk or Treat.” NOTE: Would the parents of the boy and girl shown in the photo in the newsletter/Telegraph please contact Paula Bartolomei at 548-0675 or Phyllis Carlin at 548-8939. We would like their permission to publish the photo in the 2016 calendar.
There is still time to get in your “Christmas Lights” entry. We will be judging them at the January 8, 2015 Publicity Committee meeting, so sent them in now.
Our February category is “Winter Wonderland.” Grab your camera and capture a beautiful shot of snow here on the Ranch. We all complain about it, but it is beautiful to see! Photos in this category must be submitted to Phyllis.Carlin@crookedriverranch.com by Monday, February 2, 2015.
Also, keep your cameras focused on the Old Ranch House - we will be picking a winning entry for the cover of the 2016 calendar from entries sent in all year which showcase that wonderful old house.
Thanks to all who submitted entries for the 2015 calendar! We only have a few calendars left, so hurry and get yours before they’re gone!
Tell us where you took the photo (must be on Crooked River Ranch!)
