A Resolution To Establish A Fee Rate And Schedule For Crooked River Ranch Club and Maintenance Association

Whereas, Crooked River Ranch Club and Maintenance Association has incurred increasing expenses for various services provided to residents and guests; and

Whereas, it is necessary to review on a regular basis no less than annually and bring current, fees and assessments charged by Crooked River Ranch Club and Maintenance Association.

Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved, by the Board of Directors of Crooked River Ranch Club and Maintenance Association, that the following attached fee rate and schedule, shall be the current fees to be charged by the Community Manager for various services, fees, schedules, and rates charged by Crooked River Ranch.

Other fees and charges may be charged to recover costs for Ranch services as determined by the Community Manager.

Be It Further Resolved that these fees shall become effective immediately upon board adoption.
