The CRR Lions Club provides glasses and hearing aids for ranchers who qualify financially. Every Christmas the club provides gift baskets to the elderly and needy by collecting small gifts under the Hugs Tree. They also change smoke detector batteries every fall for those who aren't able to get it done themselves. They donate money to many camps for disabled children and school children on the ranch. Some activities are coordinated with the Ranch Chapel.

Two of it's main fundraisers are the Buffallo Feed during the Independence Day Celebration and  Casino Night  during the Labor Day weekend.

They are 90 strong and invite anyone who wants to "SERVE" to join.
